The Ludwig Epple House is located at 520 Granary Street in New Harmony, Indiana. Built ca. 1818 - 21, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and it is part of the New Harmony Historic District, a National Historic Landmark District.

This rental option is for the entire New Harmony Guest House and common areas, including the entry hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, first floor bath, side porch, and patio; and for the following bedroom areas:
First Floor – 1898 Bedroom – King size bed, dresser; vanity, night stand, closet, and flat screen TV.
Second Floor – Harmonist Suite – Large bedroom configured as a king size bed and a standard twin bed, or as two extra long twin beds, and a standard twin. Wardrobe, chest, night stands, and flat screen TV; a small room with a 3/4 antique rope bed, now with a modern mattress (best suited for someone 66 inches tall or less), siting/study room at the top of the stairs with exposed Harmonist walls and ceiling, (all with original poplar wood flooring),and new “Jack and Jill” bathroom with a heated tile floor.
Second Floor – Wabash Suite – Large, bright bedroom, with poplar flooring, queen size bed, antique chest and night stands, wardrobe, Shaker peg rails and wall sconces, game table with four chairs, TV, and large bath with walk in shower and heated tile floor. Call for weekly or other long term rates.
Wabash Suite – 2nd Floor
