This rental option is for the common areas of the Ludwig Epple House, including the entry hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, first floor bath, side porch, and patio; and for the following bedrooms:
- Second Floor – Harmonist Bedroom – Large bedroom configured with a king size bed and a twin bed, or as three twin beds, wardrobe, chest, night stands, and flat screen TV; siting/study room at the top of the stairs with exposed Harmonist walls and ceiling, (all with original poplar wood flooring),and new “Jack and Jill” bathroom with a heated tile floor.
